Lacie Theis
Lacie is a board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner who has worked in psychiatry since 2020. She earned her master’s in social work from the University of Northern Iowa before pursuing nursing and completing her MSN at Allen College. Born and raised in Iowa, Lacie has lived here her entire life. She has three grown children, four grandchildren, and is especially close to her oldest grandson, who lives with her.
Beyond her professional expertise, Lacie enjoys thrift shopping, planting flowers, and dining at fine restaurants. She loves her job and finds joy in both the power of medicine and the meaningful connections she makes with patients.
Kelli Kubik
Kelli has been a registered nurse for more than 60 years and has dedicated most of her career to psychiatry. She graduated from Allen College with an ADN and has lived in Iowa her entire life. Deeply rooted in the Denver community, Kelli values her connections with the people she serves.
Outside of work, Kelli enjoys spending time with her family and being actively involved in her local community. Her decades of nursing experience and her compassionate approach make her a trusted member of the team.
Breanna Rindels
Breanna is the office manager at Positive Change Psychiatry & Therapy Solutions. She has lived in Iowa all her life and brings more than 15 years of experience in human resources, primarily within psychiatry. Breanna and her significant other are raising a teenager, and she is passionate about supporting others in reaching their goals.
In her free time, she enjoys playing cards, spending time with friends, and creating opportunities for others to succeed. Breanna ensures the office runs smoothly while keeping the focus on patients’ needs.
